Quick, reliable and economical. Our Standard Ground delivery service is provided by UPS Ground and is available to street addresses and PO Boxes in the continental United States. Delivery is typically within 2-5 business days after your order is shipped (depending on your location).

AK, HI and US TerritoriesAll orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery is typically within 2-3 business days after your order is shipped.
International shipments are available. If you would like to place an order that requires international shipping please call us at 1-507-358-5922 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Import charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc., are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by your local delivery agent.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for online orders. IMPORTANT: the address where you receive your credit card statement must match the billing address on your order to avoid processing delays. For additional security you will be asked to enter your card security code during checkout. The card security, also called a credit card identification number or CVV is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases.
If you are unable to complete your credit card order online you may place an order by phone by calling us between 9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday, at 1-507-358-5922.
For all non-sale items, we will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange or store credit when accompanied by the original sales slip. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Returns must be made within 7 business days of their receipt. Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured. It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post.
Please note that shipping and handling costs will not be subject to refund, and PAYAL LUTHRA does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
