INDIAN ROLLER - FLIGHT Scarf

EXCLUSIVE

Our design for this light and airy scarf was brought to life by the hand block print artisans at Dhonk, a social enterprise that employs members of the local Ranthambore region, including the wives of ex-poachers.

This style is inspired by the Indian Roller Bird that lives in Ranthambore National Park in India.

The males perform dizzying aerial acrobatics during courtship or fights over territory, hence the name. When the Indian Roller is in flight one sees its beautiful, bright plumage in tones of blue.
