CHINKARA Travel Scarf & Sarong
A special handwoven piece with both a plain weave and gauze weave, this scarf & sarong is light and airy. Perfect as a light accent layer, or wear it as a cover while poolside or at the beach.
This oversized style is inspired by the Chinkara, an Indian Gazelle that is found in Ranthambore National Park in India.
When these gazelles sense danger, they stamp their forefoot on the ground and make a loud sneeze-like hiss through their nose. That’s why they’re named chinkara — it means “the sneezer” in the local language.
